š³ Membership, Fees & Payments
We aim to keep our memberships as simple and transparent as possible. The information below explains how your membership works, how payments are calculated and what happens if you need to cancel.
š Joining BullGnG
- Joining BullGnG includes a Ā£24 joining fee.
- Your child's place is reserved exclusively for them each week.
- By enrolling in classes you are confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
- Your membership begins from the date you join.
š Membership Length
- Memberships are based on a 12-month agreement.
- This allows us to provide consistent coaching, maintain staffing levels and reserve your child's class space throughout the year.
- Your place remains reserved until your membership is cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
š· How Monthly Payments Work
BullGnG operates for 44 weeks each year. Rather than charging different amounts throughout the year, we simply divide the annual cost into 12 equal monthly payments.
This means your monthly payment stays exactly the same every month, making budgeting easier for everyone.
Your membership includes:
- ā 44 weeks of gymnastics coaching each year.
- ā Equal monthly payments collected on the 1st of each month.
- ā No extra charges when longer months contain more classes.
šļø Holiday Closures
BullGnG runs for 44 coaching weeks each year. The remaining weeks are our planned club closures.
- š 2 Weeks at Christmas
- āļø 2 Weeks during the Summer Holidays
- š£ 2 Weeks at Easter
- š¼ 1 Week during the May Half Term
- š 1 Week during the October Half Term
These holidays are already built into your annual membership price and are not charged separately.```
ā Cancelling Your Membership
- Cancellation requests must be made by email.
- A minimum of 28 days' notice is required.
- If your monthly payment has already been processed, it is non-refundable.
- If you cancel your membership before the end of your 12-month membership agreement, a Ā£30 cancellation fee is payable.
- Missed classes, holidays taken by members and non-attendance are not refundable.
Why do we charge a cancellation fee?
Every membership reserves a dedicated place in one of our classes. When memberships end early, it impacts coach planning, class availability and waiting lists. The cancellation fee helps cover the administration involved in ending a membership before the agreed term.

š° Monthly Membership Prices
- 1 Hour per Week ā Ā£44.40 per month
- 2 Hours per Week ā Ā£66.60 per month
- 3 Hours per Week ā Ā£88.80 per month
- 4 Hours per Week ā Ā£110.00 per month
All prices include VAT where applicable.
