🤸 Classes: Terms of Participation

• All physical activity carries risk. By enrolling, you confirm the participant is fit to take part and you understand the inherent risks of gymnastics.
• Sessions are delivered by qualified coaches; safe practice is followed. Participants must follow coach instructions at all times.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and collection. Children remain your responsibility before/after class times.
• We may change coaches, class times or formats when necessary; any changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

🛡️ Safety & Supervision

• Qualified lead coach with assistants where required for ratios and apparatus safety.
• Equipment is checked routinely; unsafe equipment is removed from use.
• Appropriate warm-ups, progressions and spotting are used to reduce injury risk.
• For Development & Squad groups: leotard required; personal training kit as outlined in our Code of Conduct.

⛑️ Medical Information & Emergencies

• Provide accurate, up-to-date medical information at enrolment and inform us of changes (e.g., injuries, asthma, allergies).
• You consent to coaches providing basic first aid and calling emergency services if required. We will contact the emergency contact provided.
• If a participant is unwell or injured, we may refuse participation in the interests of safety.

🧭 Code of Conduct, Behaviour & Safeguarding

We aim to provide a positive, inclusive environment. All participants and parents must treat others with respect, follow instructions and uphold safety.

• Disruptive, unsafe or abusive behaviour may lead to removal from a session or programme without refund.
• Bullying, harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
• Safeguarding: concerns can be raised with our Welfare Officer or directly via bullgng@gmail.com. We follow safeguarding best practice.

💳 Fees, Payments & Cancellations (Classes & Camps)

Classes

• First class is free for new joiners.
• Fees are spread evenly over 12 months for 44 training weeks per year at £10/hour.
• Payments are taken on the 1st of each month via our Class Manager portal.
• Holiday breaks (Christmas, Easter, 4 weeks in summer) are already built into the annual cost.
• Missed sessions by the participant are non-refundable (unless cancelled by the club). Make-ups are not guaranteed.
• We may offer a credit or alternative session if BullGnG cancels a class.

Multi-Session Monthly Pricing

• 2 hrs/week → £66/month
• 3 hrs/week → £88/month
• 4 hrs/week → £110/month

Development & Squad

• Invite-only. Typical readiness: 1 pull-up, 3-second handstand, cartwheel with good form (coach discretion applies).
• Leotard required; bring personal training kit as per the Code of Conduct.
• Most gymnasts train 2–4 sessions/week; fees follow the multi-session pricing above.

Camps

• Half-term camps run Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Payment is taken on the day unless stated otherwise.

📸 Photography & Media

• Photo/video consent is collected at enrolment and can be changed at any time by emailing us.
• Approved media may be used for coaching feedback, club communications and promotion (website/socials).

⚖️ Liability & Personal Property

• While we take reasonable care to provide a safe environment, participation is at the participant’s own risk.
• BullGnG, its staff and coaches are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue.
• Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights under UK law.

• Flat rate: £3.99 Standard UK Delivery
• Free delivery: orders over £50
• Most apparel/accessories are fulfilled on-demand by our partner (e.g., Printful). Typical production 2–5 working days, delivery 2–5 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

🔐 Privacy & Data

For shop purchases, Shopify processes payments and securely stores order information. For classes, our Class Manager portal handles enrolment and payments. We only collect data required to run the club and fulfil orders.

• Data we use: contact details, enrolment/order info, and communications you send us.
• Why: provide classes, fulfil orders, manage accounts, safeguard participants, and meet legal obligations.
• Sharing: with trusted providers only (e.g., Shopify/Printful/Class Manager/payment processors) to deliver our services.
• Your choices: you may request access/correction/deletion of data where applicable.
