Joining & Getting Started
💡 How do I enrol my child?
All enrolments are done online through our Class Manager system:

Once signed up, just come along to your first session — nothing to pay upfront.
🤸 My child has never done gymnastics before, can they join?
Yes. Our recreational classes are designed for beginners as well as experienced gymnasts. We’ll place your child in the best group for their age and ability.
👕 What should my child wear?
Comfortable sportswear is perfect to start (t-shirt and shorts/leggings). Leotards are recommended but not required for the first few sessions.
No jewellery and hair should be tied back.
⏰ What time should we arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your class time so your child is ready to start on time.
Payments & Membership
💳 How much are classes?
Classes are £10 per hour, spread across 12 months.
Examples:
1 hour/week → £37/month
2 hours/week → £66/month
3 hours/week → £88/month
4 hours/week → £110/month
📅 How many weeks do classes run?
We run 44 weeks per year. Breaks are already included in the pricing:
- 2 weeks at Easter
- 4 weeks in summer
- 2 weeks at Christmas
💰 When are payments taken?
Payments are taken on the 1st of each month through our Class Manager system.
❌ How do I cancel?
We require 14 days notice before the next billing date. Simply message us or email to cancel your child’s place.
Classes & Progression
🌟 What are Development & Squad groups?
These are invite-only sessions for gymnasts who show strong potential and want to train more seriously.

📈 How does progression work?
Gymnasts move through classes based on ability, confidence and consistency. Coaches will guide you if your child is ready to move up.
🎯 Do you run competitions?
Yes — we run in-house competitions which are a great way for gymnasts to build confidence and perform.
Policies & Practical Info
🧾 What happens if my child misses a class?
Missed sessions are non-refundable as your place is reserved each week.
If we cancel a class, we will offer a credit or alternative.
📸 Can parents take photos/videos?
No photography or filming is allowed during sessions.
Coaches may record for training or promotional use with consent.
🔐 What about safeguarding?
We follow safeguarding best practices and take welfare seriously. Any concerns can be raised directly or via email.
