Frequently Asked Questions
💡 How do I enrol my child?
All enrolments are done online through our secure Class Manager portal: Click here to Enrol. Once registered, you’ll receive all the info needed for your child’s first class. The first class is free, no payment required at enrolment.
📅 How many weeks do classes run each year?
Our programme runs for 44 weeks per year. Breaks are already built into the cost:
- 2 weeks at Easter
- 4 weeks in summer (mid-July to early August)
- 2 weeks at Christmas/New Year
💳 How much are classes and how do I pay?
Classes are £10/hour, spread evenly over 12 months. Example:
1 hour/week → £37 per month
2 hours/week → £66 per month
3 hours/week → £88 per month
4 hours/week → £110 per month
Payments are taken monthly on the 1st through our Class Manager system. Adult and Pre-School classes are PAYG.
🤸 My child has never done gymnastics before, can they join?
Yes! Our recreational classes are designed for beginners as well as experienced gymnasts. Coaches focus on safe progressions, fun and confidence building. We’ll place your child in the best group for their age and ability.
🌟 What are Development & Squad groups?
These are invite-only sessions for committed gymnasts who want to train longer and work on advanced skills. Classes are 90 mins–2 hrs. Speak to a coach if your child is interested. Typical readiness includes a pull-up, 3-second handstand and a good cartwheel.

📸 Can photos/videos be taken in class?
No photography or filming is permitted during sessions by parents. Coaches may record skills for training or promotional purposes, with consent given at enrolment. You can opt in/out at any time.
🧾 What happens if my child misses a class?
Missed sessions are non-refundable and we cannot guarantee make-up sessions, as spaces are limited. If BullGnG cancels a class, we will offer a credit or alternative session.

🔐 What about safeguarding?
We follow safeguarding best practice and take welfare seriously. Concerns can be raised directly with our Welfare Officer or by emailing bullgng@gmail.com.
