BullGnG Gymnastics Academy – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What age groups do you offer classes for?
We offer gymnastics classes for a variety of age groups, starting from toddlers (3 years old) all the way to adults. Each age group has specially designed classes to match their skill level and development needs.

2. How do I register for classes?
You can easily register for our classes through the Class Manager platform. Simply create an account, select your desired class, and complete the registration process. You will be asked to agree to our Terms and Conditions, as well as BullGnG Academy's Gymnastics Rules, during enrollment.

3. What should my child wear to gymnastics classes?
Children should wear comfortable, stretchy clothing such as leotards, shorts, or leggings. Please avoid loose-fitting clothes for safety reasons. Jewelry should be removed before class, and long hair must be tied back.

4. Do classes run on bank holidays?
Yes, classes run as normal on bank holidays. Our pricing is structured so that bank holidays are accounted for in the overall annual cost, and therefore, there are no refunds or adjustments for bank holidays.

5. What is the cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your membership, we require 30 days’ written notice via the Class Manager platform. All outstanding fees must be settled before your cancellation is confirmed. Failure to comply with our Terms and Conditions may result in the termination of membership.

6. How do I pay for classes?
All payments are processed through the Class Manager platform. Payments are due on or before the 1st of each month and are non-refundable except in special circumstances such as long-term illness or injury.

7. What happens if my child misses a class?
Unfortunately, missed classes cannot be refunded or made up unless the absence is due to long-term illness or injury. However, since the membership is based on an annual price spread across 12 months, occasional missed classes do not affect the overall cost.

8. How long does it take to receive my custom uniform?
Our exclusive BullGnG uniforms are handmade to order and typically take 6-8 weeks to arrive. This timeframe ensures the uniform is crafted with precision and care.

9. Is there a trial class available before committing to a membership?
Yes, we offer trial classes for new members! This allows you to see if BullGnG is the right fit before enrolling. Please contact us to schedule a trial.

10. Do you offer adult gymnastics classes?
Yes, we offer adult gymnastics classes. These sessions follow the same health and safety standards as our children's classes and are perfect for those looking to stay fit, learn new skills, or improve flexibility.

11. What if I don't want photos or videos taken of my child?
If you do not consent to photos or videos being taken during classes or events, please indicate this during registration or notify us in writing. We respect your privacy and will ensure no images of your child are used.
