BullGnG Gymnastics Club – Video Disclaimer

By participating in gymnastics classes or events at BullGnG Gymnastics Club, you consent to the following terms regarding the use of video recordings:

• BullGnG Gymnastics Club may capture video footage during classes, training sessions, or events for the purposes of skill development, performance analysis, and internal review.
• With your consent, videos may also be used for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, sharing on the Club's website, social media channels, or other marketing materials.
• Videos taken for promotional purposes will focus on celebrating members' achievements and showcasing the Club’s activities in a positive light.
• If you do not consent to video recordings for promotional purposes, please notify the Club in writing or indicate your preference on the registration form.
• BullGnG Gymnastics Club will not sell, trade, or distribute videos to third parties without explicit consent.
• Videos will be securely stored, and only authorized personnel will have access to these files.

By continuing participation in classes or events, you acknowledge and accept the above terms.
